How ordering works
Place an order on any item's page. The studio confirms availability, price, and how to pay by email before anything is charged. Items connected to Squarespace check out there directly.
Shipping
Shipping regions, delivery times, and costs are confirmed with each order before payment, so the total you approve matches exactly what is sent.
Digital products
Digital guides and audio experiences are delivered by email. Because they are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable unless a file is faulty.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us with your order details and we'll confirm your return or exchange options. Wrong size or colour requests are usually the easiest to resolve.
