Mind ♥ Body ♥ SoulStudio

Our Story

Why Mind Body Soul Studio Exists.

We learn how to read, solve equations, and understand the environment around us. Yet many of the skills we rely on every day—understanding emotions, navigating conflict, building relationships, making choices, and adapting to change—are often learned through trial and error.

Mind Body Soul Studio was created from the belief that education about being human should be accessible, meaningful, interactive, and lifelong.

Children deserve opportunities to practice these skills while they are developing. Adults deserve opportunities to continue learning without shame or judgment.

Through educational experiences, discussion, movement, sound, sensory engagement, and practical application, we create spaces where learning becomes something people can experience.

Always Becoming

No one is ever finished. Every age brings new things to understand — about ourselves, the people we love, and the world we move through. “Always Becoming” is our reminder that growth is ongoing, not a destination.

The Art of Being Human

Being human is a practice. Noticing a feeling, repairing after conflict, setting a boundary, or adapting to change are skills — and skills can be learned, rehearsed, and refined.

Our learning approach

  • Notice — Recognize what is happening.
  • Understand — Explore the pattern or developmental concept.
  • Experience — Participate in a meaningful learning activity.
  • Practice — Try an age-appropriate skill.
  • Integrate — Apply it to everyday life.

Who we serve

Children ages 4–11, teens ages 12–17, adults at every stage of life, and the parents, caregivers, and families who support one another.

What makes us different

We teach the psychology of everyday life through doing — sound, senses, movement, discussion, and reflection — so learning lives in the body as well as the mind. We are an educational studio, not a clinic, school, or retreat.

Our learning values

  • Come as you are
  • Curiosity over judgment
  • Learning through experience
  • Choice in participation
  • Respect at every age
  • Practical, everyday usefulness

Mind Body Soul Studio offers educational and wellness experiences. These are not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
