Refund terms
Specific refund windows will be confirmed by the studio before registration opens and shown on each event page.
If we reschedule or cancel
If the studio reschedules or cancels an event, registered participants will be notified by email and offered a transfer to the new date or a full refund.
Transfers
Where possible, registrations may be transferred to another participant or a future session. Contact us to arrange this.
