What to expect

The environment. A quiet, softly lit room with cushions, mats, and chairs — choose what is comfortable.

The instruments. Singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and related instruments, played by a facilitator who explains each one first.

Duration and volume. Session length is listed on each event. Volume stays gentle, and the facilitator checks in throughout.

Your choice. You may opt out of any sound, movement, or activity at any time — sitting and observing is always welcome.

Accessibility. Share sensory or mobility considerations at registration so we can prepare.

Important boundaries

Sound experiences are educational and reflective. They do not diagnose, cure, or treat any psychological or medical condition.

Mind Body Soul Studio offers educational and wellness experiences. These are not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
