The Human Experience · Adults
It’s never too late to learn yourself.
We grow older, take on responsibilities, build relationships, raise families, and navigate change. But age alone doesn’t teach us how to understand every pattern, emotion, relationship, or experience.
The Human Experience makes space for adults to learn about themselves through practical psychology education, discussion, reflection, and guided experiences.
